Installation: Installation
costs are minimal. Commercial models are easily installed into suspended
ceilings. Industrial models can be easily secured to structural roof
support, usually with beam clamps. There are no ducts, piping or control
wiring to install. One (1) 120V electrical connection is all that is
needed.
2. Comfort: Along with energy savings, increased comfort is also
realized by the dispersion of stagnant air, elimination of drafts and
humidity (no more steamed up windows). Buildings have a concrete floor,
the floor along with furniture and other stationery items will become
radiant heaters in winter, since it is always being covered with a warm
air flow (no more cold feet). Decibel levels: 54A at 12FT
3. Savings: Anyone using the Equalize-Air Systems should save
approximately 1/3 in heating and cooling through the life of the unit.
(We have reports of as much as 50% savings
in some cases).

Operating Cost: Based
on 8 cents per kWh running at maximum speed, 24 hours per day. NOTE:
The specified electrical charges per kWh used to calculate your bills
are available by calling your utility company. Along with directly reducing
fuel, energy savings in electricity also occur by reducing the "ON
TIME" electrical demand of your heating and cooling mechanical
equipment and or burner and related controls, etc. (Since heating and
cooling equipment is not operating 30 to 40% of the time, this reduces
your normal maintenance and replacement expenses incurred with your
equipment). Savings Example: If you are paying $200 per month on heating
and cooling your building and you save 1/3 of your heating and cooling
costs, your net monthly savings should be approx. $66.
5.
Warranty and Services: The Equalize-Air Systems' heavy-duty refrigerator
motor has a three-year warranty, normal service life is 10 to 15 years
based on continuous 24 hour per day operation.
6.
Availability:
There is always a ready supply of units on hand. Orders exceeding stock
limitations are normally delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. No premiums are
charged for rush orders.
7.
Performance: Each Equalize-Air Systems unit will deliver 1100 scfm
free air at full speed. Floor coverage is approximately 2500 sq. ft.
per unit (50 ft. x 50 ft.) at full speed, less coverage for special
problems and heavy partitioning. Decibel levels: 54A @ 12ft. Air velocity:
1100 cfm @ 20ft to 300 cfm @ 4 ft.
